The power of the subconscious
Call me crazy or call me a fool but I genuinely believe that wherever you are in life right now and whatever you're going through, you've brought it upon yourself. Harsh, I know but that just pushes me to explain it even further. You might've heard the saying "you're a subconscious creator of your reality", more specifically on Instagram or Pinterest ;) but there's so much truth to those 7 and a half words than you believe there to be and those who get it have a far more chance of going farther in life then they would've without knowing it. I know I know you can't defy fate or whatever but fate can also not defy you; It's yours, you're not it's. Okay so let's just cut to the chase because we all been knew there are so many books about the power of manifestation by incredible authors and life coaches out there, but this one's from the point of view of a fellow gen z person who's recently just turned 18 hence is OBVIOUSLY way more credible then all those well known authors. (I apologize for the exclusivity if you're not gen z but you're more then welcome to stay and judge too I really cba)
Okay so, you might've noticed sometimes that whenever you're really anxious about something or are indulged in a puddle of your own thoughts full of negativity, something bad always ends up happening you either trip in front of a group of teenagers (absolutely jarring let's just say) or you embarrass yourself infront of that one dude you like... that's just a small example but anyways, my point is that whatever sort of energy you put out in this world, chances are you'll most likely end up attracting it too; we're like magnets except instead of attracting the opposite we mostly attract the same hence the saying "what you give is what you get". Also lesson number two, there's always a deeper meaning behind every famous saying #experienced&acknowledged.
Oh and I just realized me writing a blog about gasslight gatekeep girlbossing which is an empowering term in the books of gen z that is supported by the power of manifestation theory according to some coquette core aesthetic Instagram pages is kind of ironic when I've just given a negative example of the very positive topic so I'll give a positive idea to you aswell; It's basically like giving yourself pep talks and actually believing them for once, tactics used sometimes in therapy sessions aswell. The use of positive affirmations have been around since forever e.g. applauding, telling kids "good job" or letting others know they're beautiful, intelligent etc. Or even telling your OWN self empowering stuff which is the most important out of all those other also important things. Saying nice things to others and yourself have a huge role on the way you perceive things subsequently playing a role on the way others receive/ perceive aswell.
And ultimately, in the end I can guarantee you that whatever you believe will turn out to be you're reality. And life's too precious to take risks and test that theory by starting to think the negative in everything (knowing some of my friends, I know you lot thought that) so you might aswell just start to look at the positives in things and see where that takes you.
